Town divided over resident's proposal to build RV park for World Cup attendees

Businessman Jared Hatch, owner of Hatch Materials, proposed a plan to build a 20-acre recreational vehicle park for World Cup attendees in Plainville, Massachusetts. The park would include 166 RV campers, a full-size soccer field, and housing up to 700 people. However, as of Wednesday, no formal application has been submitted to the town. Despite mixed reviews from residents, Hatch believes he can pull off the plan and is up to the Town of Plainville to approve it.
