Former UN ambassador, Nikki Haley, has praised President Trump's ongoing military operations against Iran, stating that the U.S. has "come too far to stop now" and should instead focus on finishing the job. The conflict, which began with joint strikes on Iran on February 28 after failed nuclear negotiations, has now stretched into a fifth week. Haley also acknowledged the economic difficulties posed by Iranian counterstrikes in the Gulf states and restrictions on the Strait of Hormuz, which is responsible for the global price of crude oil. She also warned that Russia could be a significant winner if the Trump administration loosened sanctions on the sale of Russian oil.
