Multiple rounds of severe weather expected in Middle Tennessee

Several rounds of severe weather are expected in Middle Tennessee and Southern Kentucky, starting mainly this evening and lasting through the overnight hours. The main threat for widespread storms will be between 10pm and 5am, with heavy rain and damaging winds being the main threats. These storms could also produce some hail and even a couple of spin-up tornadoes. Another round of severe storms is expected with a level 2/5 threat expected from Tuesday evening and Wednesday. The weather will dry out in the afternoon and there will be some sunshine.
