The construction of the historic Broadway Market is set to begin later this year, with plans to include a new layout for the center of the building, new vendor spaces, and a renovated parking ramp. The city has signed a three-year lease with Broadway Market Management Incorporated, which is now managing the market. The construction is expected to last about two years.
