Evanston Fire Department Promotes 4 Members To Leadership, Operator Roles

The Evanston Fire Department has promoted four members to positions in leadership and operational roles. James Trippi will be promoted to captain and William Lynch will be fire apparatus operator effective on Feb. 23, 2026. The promotions were announced in recognition of their dedication to public safety and service to the community. The department did not specify any ceremony or related events.
