Kendra Duggar, the wife of former "19 Kids and Counting" star Joseph Duggar who was arrested on March 18 and later transferred to the Bay County Jail in Panama City, Florida, has been charged with lewd and lascivious behavior involving a victim younger than 12 and lewd behavior conducted by a person 18 or older. During a post-arrest phone call from Kendra, she expressed concern over not having custody of her four children and told her husband that their children were her primary concern. Joseph was released on a $600,000 bond after pleading not guilty to the child molestation charges.
