Complaint names two more in Baltimore real estate fraud that cost investors millions

A new complaint by former Deputy Attorney General Thiru Vignarajah and lead plaintiff Serkan Gökmener alleges that hundreds of investors were bilked out of millions of dollars. The complaint also names two additional alleged co-conspirators, Patrick Coxe and Kevin Dunlap, and former ABC Capital CEO Jason Walsh. The allegations follow a $5.6 million judgment secured in December 2025 involving 11 city properties. The plaintiffs presented voice memos, text messages, and emails showing the alleged scheme.
