Shannon V. Marshall, former treasurer for the Grand Ridge Youth Baseball League and the Grand Rapids Booster Club, has been charged with two counts of theft and two of forgery, all Class 3 felonies. The charges were brought after a year-long investigation following complaints from members of the two organizations. The alleged theft of more than $500 and $10,000 are alleged to have occurred between July 2022 and 2025.
