National Weather Service confirms tornadoes

The National Weather Service has confirmed five tornadoes on the North Shore, including an EF0, an EF1, and an EF-0. The twisters occurred in St. Tammany, Tangipahoa, and Washington Parishes. The National Weather Services confirmed that the twisters touched down near Blond and LA Hwy 40 in St., and near Ellea in Elleada. An EF0 was also confirmed to have touched down. This is preliminary information and additional details will be released on Friday.
