Harrison O'Neill Tiernan, a 23-year-old man from Austin, Texas, was arrested at Miami International Airport on a drug trafficking charge after attempting to fly from Miami to London with 75 pounds of marijuana in his luggage. U.S. Customs & Border Protection officers found the bags in both of the checked luggage and alerted the Miami-Dade Sheriff's Office. The drugs were later confiscated and impounded as evidence. As of Monday afternoon, Tiernan is being held at the Metrowest Detention Center.
