New Mexico's Titan Development is partnering with Virginia-based Onset Hospitality to develop a food hall in Albuquerque, set to be completed in the second quarter of 2027. The food hall, dubbed Highlands Central Market, will be operated and curated by Onset. Titan Development broke ground on the project in August and it is expected to include a five-story Residence Inn by Marriott with 126 rooms and a ground-floor food hall on the ground floor. Onset will take on the responsibility of curating and managing the food hall. The project's food hall component will provide a much-needed amenity for the east Downtown neighborhood and could also attract employees and visitors of Presbyterian Hospital. The partnership was finalized in February.
