The restaurant chain, known for its authentic fire-grilled and house-smoked meats, has closed its locations in Fort Wayne, Indiana, on April 28. The closures come after the owner of the chain, Twin Peaks Hospitality, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in Texas. The chain was acquired by FAT Brands in 2023 and spun into Twin Hospitality in 2025.
