The report contradicts the testimony of "whistleblower" Dave Grusch, who claimed to have been made aware of a multi-decade UAP crash retrieval and reverse engineering program, which was never substantiated. This report suggests plausible explanations for Grush's testimony. Josef Allen Hynek, who was once a skeptic, became involved in UFOs after becoming a director of Ohio State University's physics and astronomy department. He has since evolved into a leading UFO advocate, advocating for the existence of extraterrestrial visitors.
