Back Bay restaurant named among The Hollywood Reporter’s most anticipated global openings for 2026

The Hollywood Reporter has named Rosa y Marigold among its most anticipated global openings for 2026. The restaurant is the latest from chef JuanMa Calderón and restaurateur Maria Rondeau, who are also known for their restaurants in Cambridge and New York. The 100-seat restaurant will serve Peruvian classics like ceviche and lomo saltado alongside Peruvian-Chinese dishes.
