NATO’s summit of love that wasn't

Donald Trump's performance at the NATO summit has caused concern among his own party and across the country, as well as Republicans, who believe his lack of functional leadership could cause alarm in both his party and country. The president was seen as cranky and out of sorts, even after President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan greeted him with a new building bearing Trump's name. This was attributed to Iran's refusal to comply with his demands or be annihilated. He also expressed dissatisfaction with Israel, where he believes he was manipulated by Benjamin Netanyahu to attack Iran, despite advice from virtually everyone. Trump also criticized NATO for not behaving like the colonists he thinks they are, and demanded that the U.S. be allowed to seize Greenland, despite already being protected by Denmark and Canada. He has also threatened to take Greenland militarily, leading to European allies to send troops to the country.
