Nvidia, the world's largest publicly traded company, has revealed that its highest-paid employees are in its executive ranks, with CEO Jensen Huang earning $49.86 million and owning around 3.7% of the company. Among executive vice presidents, Ajay Puri, who is in charge of worldwide field operations, had the highest salary at almost $950,000 and the largest compensation at $21.59 million. The company's CEO pay ratio was 166 to 1, compared to the median employee's median of $178,944 in fiscal 2025. Nvidia employs around 42,000 people, with a median compensation of around $300,000. The tech company has invested over $76 billion in R&D since its inception and has spent around $56 billion since fiscal 2020 alone.
