Billionaire tech executive Meg Whitman is seeking $18.5 million for her Northern California ranch, Spring Creek Ranch, one of the finest private fishing destinations in the state. The ranch, which spans over 1,500 acres, includes a private stretch of the Fall River, known as a fly-fishing paradise teeming with wild rainbow trout. Whitman and her husband, neurosurgeon Griff Harsh, bought the property in 2019 for approximately $12.6 million. The property's listing agent, Bill McDavid, described it as a "once-in-a-lifetime" opportunity.
