The Miami Dolphins have reportedly increased their Salary Cap Space following the release of Tua Tagovailoa from June 1 to save money against the cap. The move means the dead cap charge for this year is $55.4 million instead of $67 million, and the dead cost will now be $43.8 million in 2027. This move provides more flexibility for the team.
