Norwegian soldiers use an old-fashioned method of hiding from drones, using snow to create a cover in the snow. Over 90 countries and non-state actors are now using drones in combat. The advanced technology is more effective in winter environments due to the temperature difference between the cold and human body heat. The rapid increase in military drone use is expected as they become cheaper and easier to build than traditional military weapons.
