A man, 45-year-old John Jones, was arrested following a verbal argument over a property dispute that escalated into threats to kill the victim while holding a gun. The dispute stemmed from Jones being told he could not farm on the victim's property. Jones was later arrested for felony assault with a firearm and committing a hate crime. A search warrant was served at Jones' residence and authorities seized 28 firearms.
