V Voyager Technologies CEO, Dylan Taylor, predicts that people will be living and working on the moon within the next decade, with a lunar base likely to be established by the end of the 2020s. The announcement was made during a panel at CNBC's CONVERGE LIVE in Singapore. The U.S. is currently the global leader in commercial space, according to Dave Cavossa, president of the Commercial Space Federation. Meanwhile, SpaceX is reportedly focusing on "building a self-growing city on the Moon" in under 10 years.
