IACAD contributes AED1 million to support Edge of Life campaign

The Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Department in Dubai (IACAD) has contributed AED1 million to the Edge of Life campaign, which aims to rescue five million children from hunger. The campaign was launched in Ramadan by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, with the aim of raising a minimum of AED 1 billion to combat childhood hunger. It is organised in partnership with UNICEF, Save the Children, the Children's Investment Fund Foundation (CIFF), and Action Against Hunger. IACAD's support reflects its commitment to joining the UAE's humanitarian efforts.
