Woman Seriously Injured In East Hartford Crash: Police

The accident occurred at 4:47 a.m. on Monday, April 20, near the Exit 2A on-ramp in East Hartford, Connecticut. The driver of a 2020 Toyota RAV4, Anna L. St. Preux-Dalusie, 43, was driving in the right lane when the vehicle left the travel lane and hit a metal beam guide rail, causing it to cross the shoulder and hit the concrete median barrier, causing the vehicle to come to an uncontrolled rest. The vehicle sustained disabling damage and was towed from the scene. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
