Donna Keogh, a 17-year-old girl, was last seen in central Middlesbrough on 28 April 1998 and is known to have travelled to Leeds that year. Police believe she was murdered shortly after her disappearance. Cleveland Police have arrested a man from the Leeds area on suspicion of murder and are urging witnesses to come forward.
