High costs, low sales force downtown Wichita bar to close

Vorshay's Cocktail Lounge in downtown Wichita, Kansas, is closing after eight years of business due to high costs and low sales. Other downtown business managers have expressed concern that losing a hot spot could negatively impact their business. The closure of the bar will be announced on May 2.
