Gertrude Kemunto Mongare, a St. Petersburg home health care agency owner, has been charged with six counts of theft by false representation. The charges stem from fraudulent claims submitted for companion care, respite care, night services, homemaking services, and more. Additionally, Mongare transferred money from the B&G Caring Angels account to her personal bank account, which she used to use for plane tickets and food.
