Riley will be a House leadership reporter focused on Democrats, a crucial story line as they fight to retake the chamber. Benjamin will be our next tax editor, coming from Bloomberg Tax where he managed award-winning investigative projects and directed coverage of how states are implementing changes brought about by the "big, hairy bill". Michaela will also be a Congress editor focused on the Inside Congress newsletter, which has seen significant increase in readers since a revamp last year.
