Man was punched and dragged during carjacking outside a N.J. post office

A man, later identified as Zachary Verrastro, has been arrested for allegedly stealing a person's car outside a Hunterdon County post office and dragging the owner as he fled. The incident occurred near the post office when the victim left the car running with the keys inside while he went inside the building. The suspect was then chased down and damaged a moving car and a parked vehicle in the process. Verrasto is being held at the Warren County Jail pending charges.
