Michelle Pfeiffer has broken a past marriage rule with husband David E. Kelley for her new series Margo’s Got Money Troubles, which was created, co-written and produced by Kelley. The actress previously stated that the pair had decided never to work together for the sake of their relationship. However, she revealed this decision during a 2021 interview with G20. She also mentioned that she valued Kelley more than a good part in the project and that it was too risky. Kelley, who created hits like Ally McBeal and The Practice, expressed relief at the actress' decision to play the role.
