Champering Airport in Chattanooga, Georgia, is set to hold a full-scale emergency crash drill where emergency crews will respond to a simulated plane crash. The drill, required by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), will take place at 9 a.m. Participants will be given a disaster scenario and respond in real time. Several agencies are participating, including airport police and fire, Hamilton County EMS, the sheriff’s office, the FBI and the FAA.
