Some Portland Community College (PCC) faculty and staff members are protesting for higher pay and better health insurance, following a protracted negotiation session. The unions argue that PCC is not facing budget constraints compared to other schools and should provide more funding for staff and faculty. They have been in negotiations since May of the year and are willing to keep waiting for a resolution.
