Police have arrested five people in 20 hours, including a 56-year-old man from Fairfield, California, and a 35-man from Georgia, who admitted to drinking while driving. The most recent incident occurred when a vehicle was driven by a woman who registered a blood alcohol level more than double the legal limit. The police are urging motorists to report suspected impaired driving by calling 911 or using a vehicle.
