Despite Buxton's HR, Twins bats can't back Ryan's solid start

The Twins lost 7-1 to Seattle, despite a strong start from Joe Ryan and a strong performance from the home team. The loss was attributed to missed opportunities and a lack of effective defense. Ryan allowed two runs on six hits in six-plus innings, with six strikeouts and one walk. Despite this, the Twins were unable to capitalise on these opportunities. The team's poor performance in RISP situations was a significant factor, with a 0-for-10 score in the first four innings and overall, leaving them with a fifth-best OPS in the Major Leagues. Despite a team-leading seventh homer by Byron Buxton, there are still no other RBIs in these situations.
