WDSU's Chantal Davis has reported that much needed rain was not received today in the past two days, with several areas expected to see significant amounts of rain. This is expected to continue throughout the week, with temperatures expected to remain mild throughout the coming days. WDSU First Warning RADAR is tracking some of the worst-hit areas at the airport, including several areas where the rain is expected. The forecast is expected for the next three days with temperatures reaching the mid-80s and potentially increasing by mid-week. High pressure is expected not to significantly change the weather outlook over the next few days, but high pressure is predicted to bring in more moisture from the Gulf of the GULF.
