The midcentury modern home of Charles Du Bois, a four-bedroom home that has been listed for $1.7 million in Los Angeles, Woodland Hills, has been on the market since 1960 and has only changed hands twice in its 66-year history. The home was completed in 1960 and sold in 2024 for a total of $1,45 million to interior designer Olivia Lundy and her husband, after a thorough renovation. The design inspiration for the home can also be traced back to DuBois' association with Walt Disney, who is believed to have influenced his aesthetic. Despite its unique appeal, the home has also served as a residence and a gathering place for weddings.
