Community celebrates Tahoe Park basketball court’s first upgrade in 50 years

The Tahoe Park community in Sacramento, California, celebrated the first upgrade in 50 years to the park's basketball courts. The event was part of a celebration that included music, food, and a celebration of recent renovations. The project included $100,000 allocated towards transforming the neighborhood. Local leaders, including Mayor Kevin McCarty, and Councilman Eric Guerra, gathered to celebrate the event. The Food Truck Series and Office Hours were also part of the celebration. From April until October, local businesses, music, and community members will be present for the series.
