Drug counselor in Matthew Perry death sentenced to 2 years in prison

Erik Fleming, former film producer and drug addiction counselor, has been sentenced to two years in prison for distributing ketamine that resulted in Matthew Perry's death in 2023. Fleming was also sentenced to three years probation as part of the ruling. His sentencing comes after drug dealer Jasveen Sangha was sentenced to 15 years for her role in Perry's overdose death. All five defendants facing charges over Perry's case have pleaded guilty and all reached plea deals.
