Trump calls for warships to reopen the Strait of Hormuz

U.S. President Donald Trump has requested that about seven countries send warships to keep the Strait of Hormuz open amid Iranian strikes. Dubai International Airport resumed operations after a drone struck a fuel tank and caused a fire. Iran has accused the United States of using ports, docks and hideouts in the United Arab Emirates for its attacks. The U.S., however, is negotiating with countries heavily reliant on Middle East crude to join a coalition to protect the waterway.
