Tom Holland has been cast as Spider-Man in Disney and Sony's "Spider-Man: Brand New Day," which will release on July 31. This marks the first time Holland has played as Marvel's superhero since the 2021 blockbuster, "Spiagnal". The film follows a significant transformation in Spider-man's status quo since the end of "No Way Home" where he sacrificed his life to prevent the universe from being torn apart. The cast includes several new and returning faces from the Marvel universe, including Mark Ruffalo as the Hulk and Jon Bernthal as the Punisher.
