New Bedford Symphony Orchestra presents 'The Human Element'

The New Bedford Symphony Orchestra is set to present a concert titled "The Human Element" on April 18 at the Zeiterion in New Bedford. The program will feature pianist Michel Camilo, who is internationally recognized for his work in both jazz and classical genres. The concert will open with Missy Mazzoli's "River Rouge Transfiguration," a piece inspired by Detroit's industrial landscape, followed by Johannes Brahms' "Symphony No. 3." The finale will be performed by Camilo himself. The event is described as a celebration of music's power to transform and connect.
