The family of Will and Clara Robinson is suing two Durant businesses, alleging their negligence led to a fatal crash on Christmas Eve 2024. The lawsuit alleges that tire maintenance performed on their vehicle was performed incorrectly, leading to a hydroplaning incident. The family is seeking more than $75,000 in damages.
