Lawsuit resolved in case of 2018 Tesla fiery crash that left 2 teens dead

The lawsuit filed by the family of one of the two teens involved in a 2018 Tesla fatal crash has been resolved during jury selection. The lawsuit stems from a crash in Fort Lauderdale that killed two teens when the Tesla they were in spun out of control, crashed, and exploded in flames. The parents of one victim, Edgar Monserrat Martinez, and the driver, Barrett Riley, sued the company for negligence. The case was resolved during the middle of jury selection and ended without comment. The details of the settlement were unclear as of late night.
