Rex Satterfield's 1956 Chevrolet Bel Air convertible won the 2026 Ridler Award at the Detroit Autorama. The award is one of the highest honors in the custom car business and is named after the original builder, Jeff Wolfenbarger, who passed away in 2024. The car, named "Elegant Lady," carries a 1,000 horsepower race engine and custom-made gauges, wheels, and gas tank. The Ridler award comes with a $10,000 prize.
