Eating our way through the Big 12 tourney food

The Big 12 tournaments are bringing some Big Eats to the Power & Light District, offering school-specific snacks, milkshakes, and food-related apparel. Executive chef Justin Grabowski from Levy Restaurants at the T-Mobile Center has created 16 menu items for each school, intended to represent each school. The Big Jay Loaded Mac and Cheese (KU) was a standout, with the Cosmo's Churros (BYU), the Cincy Cheese Coney chili dog and the Mini Chicken Chimichangas (University of Arizona). However, the Green Chili Pork Walking Tacos (Iowa State) were disappointing, with their chips turning into a soggy mess. The Yard Milkshake Bar also offers school-themed loaded shakes.
