A recent crash has knocked out the traffic control signal at the intersection of Whitney Avenue and Buell Street in Hamden, Connecticut. The signal will be out of service for up to two days and will require a complete reconstruction. The Hamden Engineering Department warns that the cabinet and controller must be completely rebuilt.
