A fire in the 100 block of Irvington Avenue in Somerset County, New Jersey, has resulted in an injury to a resident who was attempting to evacuate dogs from the home. Several fire companies, including East Franklin, Community, Somerset Fire and Rescue, New Brunswick, and North Brunswick, helped extinguish the fire. The cause of the fire is currently being investigated by the Fire Department.
