Oceanside Blood Donors Needed After Red Cross Supplies Dwindle

The American Red Cross is seeking public assistance to replenish its blood supply after winter storms negatively impacted donations. The Red Cross will perform A1C testing on successful blood, platelet and plasma donations made in March. Donors can also receive a $15 Amazon gift card by email. All types of blood are required to donate, with high-profile donors required to meet certain requirements.
