The 2028 Democratic National Convention will be held in Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, and Philadelphia. The city will be the center of the political universe for one week and generate significant economic benefits. The top five finalists will be assessed by Democratic Party leaders this spring to assess logistical and operational issues. The 2024 Democratic convention in Chicago generated $371 million in economic impact, the most ever for a political convention.
