The Supreme Court has blocked a law that prevents California schools from informing parents if their child comes out as transgender. The decision was made after an appeal from a conservative legal group, The Thomas More Society, who argued that the law causes schools to mislead and facilitates gender transition. However, the court did not grant a similar request made by parents who objected to the law.
