A 50-year-old Wasilla woman, Jeni Erhardt, was killed in a car crash at the Parks Highway-Glenn Highway interchange. The car was hit by a semi-truck and Erhardt was transported to a local hospital where she was pronounced dead. A dog in the car was also taken into custody. The investigation into the accident is ongoing.
